About Classen Land & Cattle, LLC:

We started in the summer of 2016 with the intention of providing beef for close family and friends. With a vision for a closed loop farm, we chose to begin our process with the land- stewardship and improvement. Then we began focusing on our cow/calf genetics and finally our finishing / butcher process. What was once a dream is becoming a reality as we continue to serve our customers, provide safe clean beef to their families and ours!

General Practices:

USDA inspected and handled. We support other local Nebraska small businesses with our business. Our business, also outlines HACCP plans, state licensing, and USDA warehousing to guarantee food safety and security.

We process beef annually, and have a variety of cuts available. We are positioned to do large and small orders alike!
