About Straight Arrow Bison Ranch:
We are a family owned and operated small business. We have been raising bison since 1994 and have been 100% grass-fed since about 2007. Our mission is to care for our 320 acres in a manner that maximizes that sustainability of the land and produces food that enhances people's health.
General Practices:
We are certified by American Grass-fed Association and Animal Welfare Approved. Thus all our standards and practices measure up to those set by these organizations.
Highlights:
We have recently completed this year's "harvest" and are fully stocked with all products.
Ingredients:
All bison is 100% grass-fed. In the processed meats (jerky, summer sausage, brats, and hot dogs) no gluten, MSG or sodium nitrite is included with the spices. Celery powder has been added to summer sausage and hot dogs as a natural preservative which forms its own nitrites.
